| 最新推出的四項HOKLAS 認可的檢測方法內，有兩項是《沙門氏菌》檢驗和《李斯特菌》檢驗的快速方法；原本需要5-14工作天完成的檢測，如今能夠以三倍的速度完成，只需5工作天。新的測試獲國際與本地認可，測試結果和效率較以前的方法快。

| 如今Chemlab亦是香港少數能夠提供《副溶血性弧菌》認可測試的化驗所。此菌常在海鮮和魚類產品內出現，進食受污染的產品後可能導致食物中毒。

| Chemlab第四項新推出的測試，能為 貴公司評估食品生產系統的衛生狀況。《腸桿菌科细菌》反映食品製造及衛生管理水平，我們的資深行業專家能根據閣下產品中含有此菌的數量，為您分析及提供詳盡的解釋和建議，助您達到較高的衛生水平。
